Returns & Refund

Communication and Refunds:

 

  • We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
  • If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank’s resolution period. 
  • Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
  • customers have to return a product in 3 days upon confirmation from the customer support team only if the product is damaged in transit. 
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:

 

If a cancellation request is received after the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

 

Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:

 

We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.

 

Charges for Cancellation/Returns:

 

  • A ₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations of orders after process and ₹100 for returns of orders (RTO) that have left the warehouse.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will have a specified shipping charge limit mentioned during checkout.
